Food and Seniors Services
Provided by Meals on Wheels
The Community Meal Delivery / Meals on Wheels Program offers the delivery of hot, nutritious meals to seniors, many of whom live alone and at risk of isolation, and others in need who cannot prepare meals on their own. Volunteers deliver the meals to seniors and provide social connection and safety checks for seniors.
Eligibility: Seniors or individuals who, due to health or disability, are unable to prepare meals.
Self-referrals can be made, as well as referrals from concerned family and friends, doctors, health and social agencies.
