Provides case management and support to marginalized individuals with mental health and addiction issues who are chronically homeless.
The Housing First program is run by a registered social worker who provides intensive case management and support to marginalized individuals with mental health and addiction issues who are chronically homeless or at risk for homelessness. This program offers one-to-one individualized meetings to work on goals and to make referrals to other agencies if needed. Supports such as food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies may be provided to clients.
