The Ministry of Citizens’ Services provides a wide range of services to British Columbians across the province, both in person and online, from BC Services Cards to freedom of information to information technology infrastructure. Some services include:
  • Service BC: Front line support for many of the hundreds of programs and services the provincial government offers to residents, businesses and visitors.
  • Office of the Chief Information Officer: Responsible for the information technology (IT) strategy, policy and standards for the Province, provision of IT infrastructure and shared services, and management of IT capital investment.
  • BC Services Card: Provides secure access to provincial government services.
  • Freedom of Information (FOI): Learn about the FOI process and how to submit a request.
  • BC Bid: A marketplace where public sector organizations advertise opportunities for contracts for a wide range of goods and services.
